Can I create a Photoshop art and print them that it would be big enough as a wall art?

Can I create a Photoshop art and print them that it would be big enough as a wall art? And not necessarily using digital photos, but creating art from scratch.
Would the quality be good? Any sites that show me how to keep the quality good?
Correction – creating art from scratch. Therefore, eliminating distortions. Will it print in good quality for a big wall art?

What’s the difference between these types of digital art?

What are some examples of art in pop culture?

I have a protfolio to put together for my art history class. I need to find examples of art in everyday life and analyze them. I am quickly running out of ideas as the semester comes to an end. I have already used things like the graffiti, Shin Tanaka’s paper toys, Mardi Gras floats, and my grandmothers handmade quilts and the movie Across the universe. I need about 6 more entries and am out of ideas. Help please.
