What kind of jobs are possible for someone who enjoys art?

Yeah, I just want to know what sorts of jobs are available to a person who enjoys art, is good at it and is planning to use it in the future… I go to an English based school so the possibilities for me in art are to take ‘O’ Level or GCSE(same thing) and then above that is the ‘A’ Level… Im currently taking the O level course and Im just curious about the sorts of jobs available with someone who achieves both those ranks. Also what path ways are there with graphics design, architecture and video game design? Tnx

How much do artists make for selling art to wholesale retailers?

I was contacted by a company that sells art in the hospitality market, hotels, large corporations etc they are interested in my artwork. Does anyone know how this market works and how much artists typically make? Can anyone explain the process so I am prepared or let me know of any resources to find the info?

What category of art does “collage” fall into? taking an art class?

Would it be mixed media? Or simply collage? I am looking into taking art classes over the summer and am having a hard time finding a class that I could make collages in. Thanks in advance?

What is the Art Gallery of Ontario like?

Next week, I’m planning on going to the Art Gallery of Ontario for a field trip. I just want to know what others think of it before I waste my money on it. I’m just hesitant about going because when I think about an art gallery in Toronto, I think of the word “small”. I know…Toronto isn’t a bad city and I shouldn’t be judging before I actually go, but I’m often disappointed by tourist attractions in Toronto.

Do you see art from Africa comperable to the rest of the worlds art?

I have yet to see anything artistic from Africa that doesn’t look like it’s been done by a 5 year old child. Does anyone have anything they can show me made in Africa that could even compete with the rest of the worlds art?

How do you run a successful art gallery?

I have been exploring my dream of owning and running an art gallery in Austin, Texas. Any good advice? I would like to specialize in paintings.
I have a certificate in Fine Arts from Otis College in Los Angeles and a degree in English Language and Literatuer from UC Irvine.

How do you make your art entry stand out from 1500 entries in a contest?

So I want to win this art contest. The rules are simple: “think of the most crazy-creative way to show your love using our logo”.

I’m great at traditional art, so that is not the problem.
I would do a graphic design piece but I’m not too terrific with photoshop. (I am bad at graphic designing)
