Why is Ancient Art so important and why is it inspirational?

I’m having a hard time finding a good answer to this question on the web. For all you art history buffs do you know why Ancient Art is Inspirational and why is it important? What do you think of performance art exhibitions that involve live **** people?

There was an exhibition recently by performance artist Marina Abramovic in the Museum of Modern Art in NY that had several live ***** people as part of it. It was very popular and thousands came to see it. The audience who visited were able to gaze at the bodies of the live **** models and performers in their various setups.

what’s the difference between advertising art course and graphic design?

I’m more interested in advertising art because i want a career as an art/creative director for movies or commercials, maybe theater too.
state universities only offer graphic design, while advertising art is far more expensive so just in case i end up doing graphic design… is it like the same as advertising art?? will it still lead to the career i want?

What is a good art project for someone that has done everything?

I have been doing art all my life. In my class I am done with all my projects this trimester. My teacher told me that my final could be my choice. What piece of art defines the 20th and 21st century?

I am having trouble understanding and finding examples on what defines the twentieth and twenty-first century. Whether it is a painting, architecture, or sculpture, I can’t seem to relate any form of art to this century. Kinda makes me feel bad because I love art. What are your thoughts?

How do I find schizophrenic art in mass-produced poster form so I can hang it up on my wall?

I once saw in a psychology textbook for an AP course in high school a few examples of art by schizophrenics, and I thought it was really fascinating. I remember something like an eye in the palm of a hand in one painting, and there were a few where shapes like faces were embedded in other things, like landscapes. Stuff by Louis Wane looked cool but where can I buy it? I want the feline waves of force to be hanging on my wall.

I was kind of wondering what do you take to become an Art teacher. I love to do a lot of art stuff I have already takin some art classes in high school. I was just wondering how do you come an Art teacher. I know you have to go to some kind of college but what do art teachers take in college for that field?
