Try an education school that also has a strong music program. I know that finding out which schools have strong music programs can be difficult, but peruse their sites, and, even if you don't know the band director at your school very well, ask him or her about it, or just ask some other people in your school who are involved in the music department and who might be thinking about majoring in music. I don't know what area of the country you're from, but Miami University in Ohio is good, as well as Wright State. If you're really good, consider looking in Texas or at the University of Michigan. There's always Bowling Green or Ohio University as well.
