How can training martial art makes a man to build his ripped muscles?
Some people have been training martial art for years but they seem to look fat. Some people look so muscular due to martial art training.
Some martial art practitioners have been training a lot and they become fast and energetic but their bodies seem to be average with no muscles at all.

yhea i here what youre saying man…some prime exsamples are chuck liddell bj penn and even fedor…u kno i alwayz wondered the same thing…it might be the way they train but i meen thats obvious….
uhm i heard that fighters with a little more fat actually are in better shape then too much muscel….SAY WHAT???? yhea you heard right…i guess they say a little fat is actually good for long distance rather then too much muscel…muscel is just strength man it doessent nesisarily meen you can punch harder it just meens maybe youre stronger…but all that muscel will tire u out faster which is why ufc fighters dont train to build muscel…i meen they do you wheights but its in a differaint way they use hi reps with little wheight to condition there muscels rather then try and get all huge which in reality has little perpose in a mma fight belive it or not…whell unless you have way more wheight on them like brock lol

It depends on a couple of variables…One of them being how you train both in your art and in the gym. Another thing you have to take it to account is what is your natural weight. At what weight do you feel strongest at? and last but not least you body type. There are type of body types. The first one is those who build muscle and fat very easily but it is very hard to lose weight. The second those who find hard to put on weight but find very easy to lose weight. the third is somewhere in the middle which is what most of us are. you may lean to one side or another but we are somewhere in between the two extremes

Martial arts training in it’s self will not build strong muscles without some type of weight training program. Even if you do calisthenics, ie push-ups and sit-ups… you’ll be fit but you will not have rippling muscles. Make sure you stretch out every day along with your martial arts and weight training routines. Other wise you’ll be extremely muscle bound and it will effect your speed and agility. No-use being the strongest man in the world when you no longer fast enough to swat a fly.

They cross train in body building . Its the easiest way to isolate muscle groups for show.

Martial Art training has NO effect on muscle size and only very little effect on definition.
Muscle size comes from genetics and heavy lifting. If someone is muscular, they either lift heavy or they are that way naturally or both.
If a person is well defined, it comes from eating low calories or exercise (exercise by martial arts), or naturally, or combination.
